Planning a holiday party, office event or other occasion you want to make special? Let us do the work and make it easy and memorable. We have a variety of menus options based on budget, time of your event and number of guests . No party is too small!

Appetizer Buffet

Cost: $17.95 per person
(exclusive of state & local tax & 20% gratuity charge)

A selection of six (6) of the following may be chosen and arranged buffet style for your function.
Additional items may be added for an addtiional cost of $2 per person.


Crispy Calamari - Fresh calamari lightly battered & flash fried with cherry peppers.

Lettuce Wraps - Diced Chicken, sautéed and served with crispy rice noodles and lettuce for wrapping.

Stuffed Bacon & Cheddar Skins
Hand carved Potato Skins baked & stuffed with cheddar cheese & apple smoked bacon. Available meatless too!

Veggie Quesadilla or Chicken Quesadilla
Roasted red peppers, sweet Bermuda onions, broccoli florets, shitake and white mushrooms, nestled in a mix of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses. Served with or without chicken.

Chicken Tenders - Fresh chicken tenderloins lightly breaded & served plain or Buffalo style. Choice of sauces for dipping.

Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings - Choose your style: Mild, Wild or Suicidal sauces! Served with Bleu Cheese to cool the palate!

Spinach & Artichoke Dip - Served piping hot with toasted tortilla chips.

Vegetable Spring Rolls - Assorted vegetables deep fried and served with a sweet chili sauce.

Cheese & Cracker Platter - An assortment of fine cheeses and crackers.

Hummus & Veggie Platter - Served with Fresh Vegetables and Toasted Pitas for dipping.


GRILLED PIZZAS – Cut into small appetizer sized bites!

Margherita - Tomato sauce, mozzarella and fresh basil on a hand tossed thin crust. Add pepperoni as desired.

The White Pizza - Diced chicken, garlic, onions, broccoli and mozzarella over a parmesan cream sauce.

Italian Sausage
Tomato sauce, mozzarella and fontina cheeses, and a combination of sweet and spicy sausage with roasted peppers.

The Goat Broke Loose
Tomato sauce, goat cheese, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers & fresh mozzarella.



Add an assortment of fresh fruit and dessert selections for an additional $2 per person. Assortment may include chocolate cake, cheesecake, key lime pie, fruit tarts and other seasonal favorites!



Option 1: We can offer "per cost drink tickets" for which members of your party may redeem a ticket for any drink of their choice. At the end of your function, we will present an itemized bill for all drinks served via tickets redeemed. You can always choose to run a tab for members of your party and we are happy to update you throughout your event on the status of charges.

Option 2: You may choose a "cash bar" for which members of your party are responsible for the purchase of their own beverages.

A selection of one (1) salad and two (2) entrees of the following may be chosen and arranged buffet style for your function.
Additional items may be added for an addtiional cost or as noted below.


The Birdhouse Salad - Mixed field greens, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers & Bermuda onions. Choice of dressings.

Caesar Salad - Crisp Romaine leaves tossed in a garlic Caesar dressing with parmesan cheese and croutons

Premium Salad Choices

Maple Chicken Salad (add $1.00 per person additional charge)
Fresh baby greens, grape tomatoes, goat cheese, grilled apples, toasted walnuts and dried cranberries.
Topped with maple walnut grilled chicken. Served with balsamic dressing on the side.

Steak n’ Blue Salad (add $2.50 per person additional charge)
Our Bourbon tips topped with bleu cheese crumbs, served over a bed of mixed field greens, grape tomatoes and red onion.



Chicken a la Milanese
Penne pasta with lightly seasoned sautéed chicken & broccoli florets, reduced with fresh basil & garlic.
Finished in a sun-dried tomato pesto sauce.

Wild Mushroom Ravioli
Wild mushroom ravioli sautéed with chicken, fresh spinach, tomato and red onion in a white wine sauce.

Chicken, Ziti, & Broccoli - A classic combination, served in a light cream sauce.

Chicken Curry - Tender white meat with vegetables, apples, & raisins in our spicy curry sauce served over rice.

Vodka Penne - Penne pasta served with a vodka tomato cream sauce. Your choice: with or without chicken.

Eggplant Parmesan
Roasted eggplant topped with red sauce, basil, and buffalo mozzarella. Your choice: with or without chicken.

Creole Jambalaya
Blackened chicken, shrimp, sausage, scallions, tomatoes and okra in a Creole broth served over rice.

Premium Entree Choices
Choose two (2) sides: mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, or mixed vegetables

Steak Tips (add $4.00 per person additional charge)
Bourbon marinated tenderloin tips grilled over an open flame & glazed with our own marinade. Choice of sides.

Filet of Salmon (add $5.00 per person additional charge)
Filet of grilled salmon with a soy ginger glaze. Choice of sides.

Turkey Tips (add $3.00 per person additional charge)
Fresh native turkey breast tips grilled in our special marinade. Choice of sides.


Appetizer or Sweet Tooth Add-On!

Add three (3) appetizer choices to any Lunch or Dinner Buffet for an additional $5 per person.
Add an assortment of fresh fruit and dessert selections for an additional $2 per person.
